This program is about promoting Kids Teaching Kids as an effective form of learning for a cultural change in the way we view, use and perceive our marine and coastal natural environment and resources.
When: Sunday 17 October to Tuesday 19 October 2010
Where: Caloundra, Sunshine Coast, Queensland
Who: Years 5 – 11 students and teachers from across the world
Cost: $110 (without accommodation) or $220 (including three nights accommodation) Inc GST for each delegate.
Cost includes entry to the 3 day program, all meals, conference gala dinner, welcome and closing functions, travel during the event, hands on environmental projects day and interactive Kids Teaching Kids workshops and main stage presentations. Fee also includes resource materials and access to the Kids Teaching Kids education officer and mentors to assist presenting schools in the lead up to the Conference to use the Kids Teaching Kids methodology.
